There is a lot to cover when discussing what SOA actually means, how do you explain it to someone in just a few words? Not an easy one.

However one thing that constantly comes through is that SOA Governance, in particular Policy Management, can make a huge difference to the success of an implementation.

Now why would you read a project management book for leisure? A very good question and normally I wouldn’t but this one is different. I’ve known Richard for a few years now and have worked with him in the past and liked his approach. He’s been writing this book for sometime now and when it was published I thought it was time to go get a copy and have a read, oh and yes I did pay for my copy :) (suppose one day he may sign it !!)
